How are you monitoring the progress of the project ensuring timely completion? How will you address delays?

What conditions do you need to feel comfortable sharing your ideas or concerns without fear of judgment?
7. Accountability
What does it mean to take responsibility for your assigned tasks? What are the consequences for not contributing?
8. Adaptability and Problem-Solving
What does working together to solve unexpected problems mean to you? What do you need to meaningfully contribute?
9. Resource Management
How will you ensure that you will follow safety guidelines and use lab materials and equipment responsibly?

How and when will you provide each other with constructive feedback on your work? How will you recognize the effort of others within the team?
